Project Overview

This large-scale industrial flooring project covers approximately 50,000 m².

An epoxy self-leveling flooring system was applied to create a durable, seamless and easy-to-maintain surface suitable for daily industrial operations.

Project Requirements

Industrial floors are exposed to continuous traffic, equipment movement and daily wear. The project required a flooring system that could provide reliable performance across a large working area while protecting the underlying concrete substrate.

Flooring Solution

A multi-layer epoxy mortar flooring system was selected to strengthen the floor and provide long-term surface protection.

The prepared concrete substrate was first treated with epoxy primer to improve adhesion. An epoxy mortar layer was then applied to reinforce and level the floor, followed by an epoxy finish coat to create a smooth, seamless and wear-resistant surface.
