STILWELL water-based two-component polyurethane clear varnish is a transparent high-gloss protective coating designed for floors and walls. It helps protect the underlying coating, improves stain and wear resistance, and extends coating service life.

Application Instructions

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, oil and loose particles.
2. Make sure the underlying coating is fully cured before application.
3. Stir the base component thoroughly.
4. Mix Base and Hardener at a ratio of 4:1 by weight.
5. Apply the first thin coat evenly by spray, brush or roller.
6. At 25°C, allow approximately 24 hours and confirm the first coat is fully dry before applying the second thin coat.
7. Allow the finished surface to cure fully before heavy use. Full cure takes 7 days.
